CAPRI
Capri Italy, favored destination for an international tourism, not only for its natural beauty, but also for its millennial history and a temperate climate, influenced by the sea (the average temperature is 13 ° C in winter and 26 ° C in summer). Emperor Augusto, visiting the island in the 29 BC, was the first to build a villa. After him many other emperors stayed there, such as Tiberius. After the island had for some time part of the Duchy of Naples. This is testified by the beautiful architecture of churches and monasteries that can be admired in the city center. Already in the second half of'700, many travelers were coming from North America, attracted by the Mediterranean island of Capri. In'800, then, the island was chosen by artists, intellectuals and writers who contributed to make a goal of Capri and a cosmopolitan edge.
